3. Enrollment and Agreement
Signing up for classes, sessions, or events through our website or in person does not create a binding agreement until we confirm your registration in writing or via email. Your spot is only reserved upon confirmation and, where applicable, payment.

4. Services and Pricing
We offer group classes, private dance and fitness sessions, and specialized workshops. Prices are listed on our website or promotional materials and are subject to change without prior notice. All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or denied access to classes. We accept various payment methods as outlined at checkout.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or session. Cancellations made after that or no-shows may be charged in full. Multi-session packages are non-refundable once started, unless otherwise stated.

7. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
By participating in any of our classes or events, you confirm that you are in suitable health to engage in physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with movement-based training. We are not liable for injuries sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, class content, branding, and materials shared during sessions or on our website are the intellectual property of Dirty Dancing Fit and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data according to U.S. privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and process personal data.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
